ListGroovy

listgroovy.com

Take a photo of any item. ListGroovy identifies it, writes titles and descriptions, suggests pricing from market data, and formats listings for eBay, Poshmark, and Mercari. One photo to a dozen live listings.

We grew to 370 users but found that resellers optimized hard on margins and resisted paying for tools that sat between them and their revenue. We decided to move on from the vertical.

The project taught me how to build multi-platform listing pipelines, how to price AI features for cost-sensitive users, and how to validate demand before scaling infrastructure. Those lessons fed directly into BuyerIQ, which monetized on day one.
